Return Policies
Defective Items: We offer 30 day replacement for defective products. Most of our products cover 1 year warranty from the factory, unless otherwise specified. We would be glad to assist you with the RMA item by providing you the RMA numbers and shipping information. Some of our products do not have to be shipped at our local address. On some instance, customers should contact the manufacturer's product and service support to confirm the item is defective. We would be glad to assist you should you have any problems contacting the manufacturers.
Non-defective items: Subject to a 25% restocking fee. This covers testing, stocking, re-packing of the item. Item will still be evaluated as to the condition to which it was received. Additional charges may apply. Returns due to wrong order or change-of-mind of the buyer would still be subject to 25% restocking fee and should not exceed 7-day period after date of receipt
Credit Refund Policy: We will charge a 3% of amount or $15, whichever is less, on credit card return authorization for products that customer does not want repaired or replaced, within 7 day return period after receipt of item.
